room2 has a vision to open 5000 hometel rooms across the UK by 2030. We aim to challenge the standard corporate hotels out there, with an innovative, relaxed and flexible alternative. We see strong demand for hometels in towns and cities right across the UK and aim to be the brand that puts them there.

Our net zero approach informs all of our future projects, from localised design to renewable energy sources. We are committed to only building whole life net zero hometels in the future.

room2 York

116 keys inside the city’s castle walls, working with developers North Star. Set to open in Q1 2026.

room2 Manchester

With 180 keys it is set to become the tallest hometel to date when it opens in Q1 2027. The 180 rooms will span 33 floors and offer a range of studios as well as introducing one and two-bedroom apartments.

room2 Glasgow

With 134 keys it is due to open in Q1 2027. It will be a part new build, part refurbishment of a traditional building.

room2 Liverpool

190 keys in central Liverpool, with Living Room, featuring co-working, coffee lounge and cocktail bar. Set to open Q3 2026.

The Fulham

Reinvigorating the former Fulham Town Hall to feature 90 bespoke hotel rooms, events and co-working spaces, as well as restaurants & bars for all the neighbourhood to enjoy.
