room2 has a vision to open 5000 hometel rooms across the UK by 2030. We aim to challenge the standard corporate hotels out there, with an innovative, relaxed and flexible alternative. We see strong demand for hometels in towns and cities right across the UK and aim to be the brand that puts them there.

Our net zero approach informs all of our future projects, from localised design to renewable energy sources. We are committed to only building whole life net zero hometels in the future.

room2 York

Opening in 2027, room2 York is located at 23 Piccadilly across seven floors. Delivering 116 rooms over seven floors, along with Winnie’s Café and Bar, meeting and event spaces, a gym and guest laundry facilities.

room2 Leeds

Opening in 2028, room2 Leeds will bring 191 rooms to the heart of the city at the former Lisbon Street Swimming Pool. Just a 9-minute walk from the train station, the 17-storey hometel will feature a Winnie’s Café and Bar, meeting and event space, a studio gym, laundry and two exciting retail concessions.

room2 Shepherd's Bush

Located on Shepherd’s Bush Green, a vacant five-storey office building is being transformed into a dynamic room2 hometel. Scheduled to open in 2027, this property is poised to become a new local hub, featuring Winnie’s Café and Bar, flexible meeting spaces and a studio gym.

room2 Edinburgh

Situated in Haymarket, just 0.6 miles from Edinburgh’s Princes Street, room2 Edinburgh will comprise 174 studios across nine floors. The hometel will feature Winnie’s Café and Bar, meeting and event spaces, a studio gym and guest laundry facilities.
