But, more than anything we want you to know that we’re open and that when you stay, you’ll still get that unique room2 experience, with some new tweaks to ensure everyone’s wellbeing. Together these changes make up our Safe Stay procedures.

All our cleaning procedures have been levelled-up, day and night by our amazing, covid-busting roommakers.
Sanitization station in the lobby so everyone can pump, rub and wash those hands. Be gone germs!
Daily spruce and weekly deep cleans
We’re back to our usual routine of daily spruces and weekly linen, towel changes with deep cleans to keep you feeling safe and fresh as possible.
Forgotten a face mask for the little ones? Or need some gloves? We’ve got you covered with spares when you need it.
Safe, contactless mobile keys

Cash was so last year, we’ve gone full card-only payments instead. We think it’s the way of the future.
Can’t have it all
There’s table service at the Living Room for items from the bar and pantry, however no menu items just yet as we slowly get into the flow of things.
Food at your door
No buffet breakfast yet, but enjoy our breakfast bags delivered to your door or cook in your very own kitchen. No judgements if you go for an UberEATS/Deliveroo either!
We’ve also been awarded the official UK mark and Covid AA rating that recognises our Covid-19 updates meet industry and government standards.
Are your properties currently open and accepting guests?
Yes, our properties remain open in line with the UK Government guidelines and are only accepting those who are travelling for essential work.
What measures are in place to protect your staff who are still coming in to work?
We take the safety of our team very seriously, and have implemented additional training to ensure our roommates know how to operate under different, Covid-19 related scenarios and have provided provisions of PPE where relevant.
I’m hoping to book a stay in the near future, can I still do that?
We recommend that you book via our fully flexible rates, which can be cancelled closer to the date of arrival and free of charge in the case that Government guidelines change. Please check T&Cs on your booking for the individual terms related to the property.
I need to self-isolate after arriving from an international destination. Can I stay with you?

Are you still providing food and beverage facilities for guests?
The Living Room is now open to the general public and guests. It’ll be table service and takeaways only for purchases of snacks and drinks from our bar and pantry, however we won’t be serving any menu items just yet.
But not to worry, you can still enjoy breakfast bags delivered to your door, a warm meal by staying in and cooking in your fully-kitted out kitchen (there are plenty of supermarkets nearby), or order in a takeaway to your room- we won’t judge.
